Kayak Fishing Mission Bay for Spotted Bay Bass and Halibut After fishing in the Mission Bay Classic kayak tournament, I found some great spots to fish and the best techniques for catching, so I put my experience to the test on my final morning in Mission Bay... and it did not disappoint!
